Our team as validated a new neutrophil marker, the Myelotracker (MUB40), which specifically binds to neutrophil lactoferrin, stored in granules. Myelotracker may be used to label neutrophils in fixed preparation and to assess the neutrophil degranulation process by live microscopy.
