We are looking for a postdoc (M/F) in biophysics and structural biology to study the structure of the HIV-1 Pr55Gag precursor in association with a genomic RNA fragment containing all the signals necessary for genome-specific packaging (Psi) by cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography. We also plan to obtain the structure of the Pr55Gag-Psi complex in the presence of cellular and viral ligands of the p6 domain of Pr55Gag by the same methods.
