We are looking for a PhD student in Molecular Biology to participate in a research programme. The thesis project will focus on the study of the translation of the messenger RNA encoding the Tau protein. The study will include the use of cell-free translation extracts prepared from several cell types relevant to Alzheimer’s disease. In particular, the project will focus on the synthesis of N-terminally shorter variants of the Tau protein.
