Chinese Global Experts Recruitment Program

Dominique FERRANDON has been selected to be part of the Chinese Global Experts Recruitment Program

In September 2017, Dominique FERRANDON was selected to be part of the Chinese Global Experts Recruitment Program (known as “Mille talents”). Created at the end of 2008, this program aims to attract internationally recognized foreign talents to China. The 1000 Talent Program draws on national innovation projects, national disciplines and laboratories, central public enterprises and state-owned commercial and financial institutions and various industrial parks (mainly High-Tech). It aims to achieve breakthroughs in key technologies and to support high-tech industries and emerging disciplines in China.
This funding will help develop the work of Dominique FERRANDON’s team at the Franco-Chinese Institute of Immunology Jules Hoffmann at the Medical University of Canton within the framework of the agreements between the National Center for Scientific Research and the University Guangzhou Medical University (GMU) on the one hand and the University of Strasbourg and Guangzhou Medical University (GMU) on the other hand.
