Role of non-coding RNAs in the regulation of the NF-kB pathway in Drosophila
As part of the LabexNetRNA (http://labex-ibmc.u-strasbg.fr/NetRNA/) we are trying to understand the role of non-coding RNAs in the innate immune response in Drosophila. We are using whole genome-wide approaches (RNA-seq…) to explore the role of small and long non-coding RNAs in the immune response in insects.
